Road Closures – April Flight 55

IMPORTANT ROAD CONSTRUCTION/CLOSURES EFFECTING APRIL 22ND FLIGHT 55

NEW - WELCOME HOME PARKING LOCATION

There are several road closure/construction issues that will effect your travel in the morning for Flight 55.  They are also note worthy for evening welcome home activities for family/friends.   Finally, there is special parking for welcome home activities below.  
 
1 – Bluffton Road closed between Winters Road & Ferguson Road South of Ferguson (Use I-469/Winchester Road exit, go North to Ferguson, then turn Left and go straight to 122nd Entrance OR the Airport (for welcome home activities that night)
 
2 – Bluffton Road SOUTH BOUND LANE between Winchester Road to Old Trail. If you need to come Bluffton Road – take the Winchester Road detour to Airport Expressway, follow that to Bluffton Road, go South to Ferguson and then turn right to the 122nd or the Airport for evening welcome home activities.
 
3 – Airport Expressway between Smith Road and Ardmore Ave. (This is if you are coming from I-69 using Airport Expressway. Use Lower Huntington Road off I-69 and come to Ardmore, turn right and go South to the airport overflow parking for evening welcome home OR pass the airport, go past the RR tracks and the 122nd entrance will be on the right.

NEW WELCOME HOME PARKING LOCATION

ALL WELCOME HOME PARKING MUST PARK IN THE OVERFLOW PARKING AREA.

Due to ongoing construction at the airport, everyone attending the Flight 55 evening welcome home activities are to park in the overflow parking lot located off Ardmore Avenue, North of the main Airport entrance.   Signs and law enformcement will be in the area to help direct you.  Shuttle services to and from the airport terminal will be provided.

Persons with handicap plates/placards are allow to park in airport handicap parking, if available. If not, please exit and go to the overflow lot. Shuttles will be handicap accessible.

AFTER WELCOME HOME ACTIVITIES – pay attention to marked buses to get back to the overflow lot.  There will be numerous buses going to different locations.
